Financing a home at $300,000 and reselling it at $350,000 is not appreciating the value of a dollar. Selling a $250,000 home for $300,000 is not appreciating the value of a dollar. To down play it and see it as bank roll monopoly money for self gain is not appreciating the dollar.
@heartlessvietboy are you being sarcastic? because if you are not, it would be obvious to me that you do not understand or appreciate the value of a dollar.
I mean a home costs nearly $300,000 anyway, whats more than just adding $25K to it.
@heartlessvietboy good question, that sounds like a damn good idea
Very nice! Trying out something very similar. Intersted to see more detail about wiring to a charge controller. Those looked like Siemens SM55′s.

take those panels and put them in the basement.first you take a parabolic solar concentrator and put an robotic arm on it to follow the suns path.then make the focal point a mirrored shape cone that will send the light down through mirrored glass tubing straight into a mirrored shape glass box inside the mirrored shape box will be several solar panels that spin to keep them cool the mirrored box must have the mirrors inward to reflect the light sending from the parabolic focal point.ken van horn
Can we cut back on the cost of building a normal household roof by utilizing solar panels as our roof top?
This video is a waste of time, because it does not have any good information about a good rial life example.
wow … what a waste of a viewers time
This video.. cool. wiki wiki cha boom ba. Merry Christmas Yo
Covering the panels for protection of storms will much depend on how you mounted them in the first place.
If the panels are mounted fixed , it would need a shutter system (more weight) to cover them and or possibly obstruct the sun .
Now if the shutters had mirrors on the backside they could also be used for focusing sun.
If the panel assembly is pole mounted and has 2 axis articulated movement then turn panels vertical and away from the storm .
Any hailstones would hit the backside surface.
is that pushing out about 37 amps ?
I have got to ask if anyone has thought of the use of solar panels that interlock to make large floating canopies over the surface of the ocean that also traps water 4 desalinisation processed water serving two purposes of energy generation?
A large enough blanket covering an area with flotation and in a open sea marked by buoy and maintained could service an island with all the water and electricity needed to live on a desert island.

DO NOT rush into installing solar panels until we can redesign them to look proper on our roofs. They look hideous and is an eye sore to the community.
Nice collection of panels check out my channel to see my DIY homemade solar project I have got going.
450 watt array, nice buddy, very nice
Hail storm brakes solar panel.? What can you do to cover your solar panels, if a storm hits them.
nice video, glad some one else is as crazy as me, keep me updated on the system.
Thanks for posting it. VW
nice array bud, one dumb question for you? how do you wire up the KC 120? the instructions from the co. are confusing. i am using them for 12 v. i get good v from the extreme right (+) and extreme left(-) is that it for 12v? i am extremely grateful for your help. thanks D
if anyone check my profile, you will know what’s the real goods solar panel.
Do you have the panels on a seperate charge controller?
Or do you combine them all with blocking diodes in paralell to a single charge controller?
Can you show us the other parts of your system? And what part of the country are you located in? That is a good DIY solar array system you have there! Later from sunny FL.
