so i like the idea behind what he is doing on this video, but WTF is with the other sh*t added, making this (youtube run off) of a so called educated man creating another magnetic motor that will never go into real production. people, you really need to go about this in another way then trying the same old thing and getting no results. They will continue to cover up of this technology they have had and been hiding for so many years. I see they are now using the news media, CNN , Fox ,, to try and convince people it is aliens as more and more people are seeing their anti gravity crafts and non fuel free energy propulsion systems they have had all these years and have kept the world dependant on using oil. That is what they are and have been covering up.
Marino: Capacitors have another important quality – they allow variable voltage inputs. Thus if your Wheel Mag-Drive needs 48v; this comes from the capacitor bank – not directly from Air Turbines/ Petal Generators or other Mag-Generated electrical devices. This is important, since Frictionless Magnetic bearings can spin 30-50 Thousand RPM’s in air (much higher in vacumn – which is what UFO “Starships” probably use). High voltage output, WITHOUT transformer heat waste. Figure it out!

@usaamerica1 Capasitors can store energy for a period of time, they are not batteries but are use to keep te voltage stable when electric motors start up.

The governements of the world probably have patents on all feasable magnetic propulsion and perpetual motion designs so that they can never be mass produced by anyone anyway. I hope everyone doesnt think they are clueless with their limitless resources and scientific minds, that this kind of technology is just being discovered now by backyard scientists (not). I know it may sound absurd to most but I personnaly feel its the truth.
